Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to online purchases from AUSTARZ HOME through austarz.com.au. The seller is AUSTARZ PTY LTD, ABN 87 693 302 215.

Online sales only

Orders must be placed through our online store. We do not operate a public retail shop or showroom, and we do not offer walk-in purchasing or click and collect. Products are delivered to the Australian address entered at checkout.

Prices, GST and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Prices include GST where GST is applicable. Any shipping charge is shown before you submit payment. Payment must be authorised using an available checkout method before an order can be processed.

Placing and accepting an order

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products on these Terms. An automated acknowledgement confirms that the order was received; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We accept an order when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilment.

We may contact you if order information is incomplete, payment cannot be authorised, a product is unavailable, or a material product or pricing error is identified. If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Product availability and quantities

Products and quantities are subject to availability. We may apply reasonable quantity limits or decline an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised resale, payment misuse or a genuine system or pricing error. Nothing in this paragraph limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Order changes and cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation through the contact form. We will try to assist, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started. If an order has already been sent, the applicable returns process will apply.

Shipping

Standard shipping is A$8 for orders below A$99. Eligible orders of A$99 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before shipping. Please check your delivery address carefully and read our Shipping & Delivery page.

Title, risk and delivery

Ownership of a product passes when full payment is received. Risk passes on delivery to the address provided or as otherwise required by law. Carrier tracking or delivery records may be used when reviewing a delivery enquiry, but they do not remove any rights or remedies available under law.

30-day change-of-mind returns

Eligible products may be returned under our 30-day change-of-mind process. Conditions, exclusions and the return procedure are explained on our Refunds & Warranties page.

Faulty products and consumer guarantees

Products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, a failure may entitle you to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy. Change-of-mind conditions do not restrict these statutory rights. Promotions and discount codes

A promotion or discount code may have additional conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, only one code may be used per order, a code cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be applied after an order has been submitted. Statutory rights are not affected.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, failure to follow product instructions, unauthorised alteration, or events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applying in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you.
