AUSTARZ HOME accepts online orders for delivery to Australian addresses. Orders are fulfilled from Australia.

Shipping charges

• Free standard shipping on eligible orders of A$99 or more.
• A$8 standard shipping on orders below A$99.

The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before any shipping charge.

Delivery addresses

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not able to offer walk-in collection or click and collect. If you need to request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has started.

Tracking and split shipments

Where carrier tracking is available, tracking details are sent through the contact information provided with the order. An order may arrive in more than one parcel when products are fulfilled separately, without an additional shipping charge unless agreed with you.

Authority to leave and delivery issues

Carrier delivery practices may vary by address. Please consider whether the nominated delivery location is secure. If a parcel is damaged, missing or appears to have been delivered incorrectly, use our contact form and include your order number and the available tracking information.
